To serve you better we do accept returns and exchanges in a reasonable delay under 10 days after reception of your package. The general rule is 10-20 business days before we receive and process you return or exchange, this delay included inspecting your returned products. In case of a return we will reimburse you in the original method of payment. All shipping and handling fees are the responsibility of the buyer when processing an exchange or return.

Handling takes from 2 to 3 days before we ship your package.

We ship with Canada post, the usual delivery delays are between 2 and 5 business days.

We offer FREE shipping on orders over 75$ and more. For any orders under 75$ we charge a flat rate of 5$. We only ship to Canadian addresses.
